We realize it’s not possible to please all the people all the time. The complaints we received and investigated, indicated: Sharpening instructions were not followed, the shaver had not been cleaned, parts were worn out / broken or the shaver was simply not running properly.

Time between shaver sharpening will vary, based on the individual: Shaving frequency, thickness of hair and personal interpretation of a “clean” shave.

Please note: It may not be possible to sharpen a razor with dirty, excessively worn or damaged cutting blades, combs or screens. Dirty cutting blades, combs or screens may reduce the effectiveness of RAZOR MAGIC SHARPENER and noticeably decrease overall shaver efficiency.

Razor Magic is a specially formulated sharpening compound. Razor Magic has a light industrial odor that will completely dissipate after cleaning. Razor Magic is not a mechanical tool or device. Razor Magic is a chemical compound that should be treated like any other chemical. Use common sense! Do not swallow. Keep away from eyes, mouth, children and pets. Razor Magic will safely sharpen most brands and models of electric shavers including but not limited to; Norelco, Remington, Schick, Philips, Epilady, Hitachi, and Braun. It is a fact: Norelco (Philips), the manufacturer of one of the best selling shaver brands, recommends replacement of the cutting heads, annually, at a consumer cost of $35.00-$45.00. These things could adversely affect your electric shaver
Norelco (Philips) advises “...Each cutter and comb is a matched pair and should not be interchanged. If you accidentally interchange the cutters and combs, it could take several weeks before optimal shaving performance is restored.” Proper cleaning is very important. Dirty cutting blades, combs or screens can interfere with the sharpening process, reduce battery life and slow shaving speed.

SUGGESTED MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
DAILY Brush clean stubble after each shave.
QUARTERLY Clean, degrease and lubricate cutting blades.

Sharpen your shaver only as needed.
